When will I receive my order

We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours, stock dependent.

If we don’t have an item in stock, we can normally order it in and expect to receive it in a day or so, so this will add an additional day to your delivery

If you require an item urgently or for a specific date, please contact us and we can do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive

The dispatch times are from when the order is sent out, not when the order is placed, these dispatch times do not include weekends

Parcelforce dispatch times are 24 – 48 hours

Royal Mail dispatch times are 24-72 hours

If I order on Saturday, when will I receive my order

If you order on Saturday, we will pick the order up on Monday, if it is in stock, we will dispatch the same day, if not we will dispatch normally 24-48 hours after

Large Parcels

Please note, some of the items are classed as ‘large parcels’, these include, all exhaust kits, long metal pipes and oil cooler pipes.

All of these items are sent on a 48 hour service due to their size/weight so may incur an additional day for delivery

Items to Northern Ireland, Highlands, I.O.W and I.O.M may take a few additional days to arrive

Courier Companies

Please note, we try to use parcelforce where possible, items purchased with standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail, Irish and overseas orders are usually sent via UPS.

Whilst we have a great service with Parcelforce, on some occasions parcels are delayed or held at the hub for various reasons. Whilst Parcelforce endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, we can not be held responsible for any delays whilst at the Hub/Depot.


We have 2 shipping options:

Standard – £4.99

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail tracked 24-48 hour.

Delivery times are at time of dispatch, not at time of order

Express – £9.50

Express delivery is sent on a next day service via Parcelforce

Delivery times are at time of dispatch not time of order.

** Please note, we aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, if you urgently require an item, please call us on 01234 480808 to check stock availability.**

** Next day delivery service with the courier is not guaranteed. Any delays whilst in the hands of the courier are out of our control, but we will do our best to assist with any issues that may arise. **

** All overseas orders, including Ireland, will need to be quoted manually to find the best courier rates for your area, please call or email us for help with this. **

** Couriers don’t deliver items on weekends, unless a weekend delivery fee is paid **


We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. (This shall not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, please see below). We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 28 days. If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.

Please note: It is your responsibility to cover the cost and insurance (where appropriate) of the return delivery. If you are returning an item that is out of the 28 day return policy, it may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Surcharge Returns

If you have brought an item with a surcharge, please follow the steps below:

  1. Package the item in bubble wrap and ensure it is in a sealed box
  2. Put your name somewhere on the box or a copy of the invoice inside
  3. Call us to arrange collection (collection fee will apply)
  4. OR return to our address via a method of your choice

  5. Once the item is received, a refund is processed and takes maximum 5 days to hit your bank
  6. The refund will be processed back to the method of payment on original order
