In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available within 365 days. Please print our returns form here.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt or fill out the this form. (This shall not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, please see below). We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 14 days. Please print our returns form here.
Sometimes we require a chassis number. This is to help us identify what part would fit best with your Bongo.
Feel free to give us a call whilst your Bongo is in repair, we can help to identify which part it is that you require. We are also happy to talk to your garage to ensure clear communication is advice is given on what is needed to fix your Bongo.
We accept most credit/debit card payments, as well as paypal. The only payment options we don’t accept is Amex and Cheque.
We use surcharges to ensure we receive parts back. The surcharges work as follows; order the new part that you require, pay a surcharge on the item (it will be added to your cart), send back your old part for re-conditioning. Once your old part has been received, we will refund the surcharge cost.
International and European shipping costs depend on each individual order. Overseas orders are based on weight and dimensions of the parcels being sent. This is the reason why we can’t put international shipping onto our website. Feel free to give us a call to arrange international shipping and we would be happy to put a quote together for you.
