Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are simple and are based on order value. Orders under £30 will have a £4.80 (inc VAT) shipping charge which will be a 2-3 day service. All orders under £50 will be sent via DPD at a cost of £6.50 (inc VAT). All orders over £50 will be sent via DPD at a cost of £9.50 (inc VAT).

We aim to get all orders shipped out the same day but some parts may have a slight delay (depending on stock levels).

All orders we sent are sent via trackable services – if you would like to know where your parcel is, please give us a call and we can provide you with a tracking number.

DPD / Interlink Express offer a tracking service second to none. Their unique “Predict” services gives our customers a one-hour time slot in which they can expect their parcel to be delivered. With market-leading geographical tracking, you can keep an eye on your driver from collection to delivery on your phone or computer.

Not going to be in?

Not a problem. en route options allow you to change your delivery time, date or location.

You can request:

  • Deliver to neighbour
  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Have the parcel left in a secure location
  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD / Interlink Express Pickup Shop (Over 2,500 pick up stations throughout the UK). Search Here

Delivery T&C’s

  1. All items purchased are sent out with a 3rd party courier so we are not responsible for any problems that may have occurred, such as loss or damage. In the rare event that your item has been delayed and not within the timescale estimated, we can’t be held responsible for this delay, and/or any costs that you have incurred as a result. If your item hasn’t arrived on time then please call us so we can try to locate the whereabouts of your item.
  2. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours may not be available. We may not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the product to be sent back to us on this occasion.
