WHY IS THIS THE BEST WE OFFER?
The new cylinder heads we supply are a top quality product and we have fitted many of them with no problems. Each head is hand assembled in the UK for each individual order. A high quality new complete cylinder head is used, then checked over by our own engine builders & set up, lubricated and made ready to fit as soon as it comes out of the box. The valve clearances are set and each head inspected before it is dispatched. These are all jobs you would need to do yourself before you fit the standard head. This will save you time. If you really want to fit a top quality product, this should be your preferred choice.
Supplied complete with Full Engine Gasket Kit including: Head Gasket, Exhaust Manifold Gasket, Inlet Gasket, Rocker Gasket, Camshaft Seal, Valve Stem Oil Seals, Rocker Bolt Seals, Turbo Gaskets and more. Full set of Head Bolts and Timing Belt.
NOTE: You must check all valve clearances again once the head is in place & has been correctly torqued down.

1 x Head Gasket Kit
1 x Set of Head Bolts
1 x Timing Belt
1 x 3 Way Water Elbow
1 x set of 4 Crush Washers
VALVE CLEARANCES:
Inlet 0.1 or- 0.05mm (cold)
Exhaust 0.2 or- 0.05mm (cold)
You will need to check the valve clearances once the head is fitted.
