After many years of refurbishing diesel pumps for the trade and our customers we have now put together a great package with our expert suppliers to bring this service direct to you.
Diesel pump seal failure seems to be a growing issue on older Mazda Bongos/Ford Fredas and a reliable and knowledgeable source of repair is now at hand. We have been working with our expert engineers for many years looking after Mazda Bongo diesel pumps and can be sure not to disappoint. As the pumps wear over time, not only do they start to leak, but internally they show signs of wear and blocking. All this eventually ends up in poor running and increased fuel consumption at best. At worst, with heavy gumming and excessive wear it’s likely your car won’t run or may even stop running! In all these eventualities we’re here to help.
WHAT EVERY PUMP GETS:
Fuel shut off solenoid checked and replaced (if required).
TPS (Chargeable if required)*
Polished valves, cams & rollers.
Complete new set of seals.
New internal micro filters.
Fully bench tested / set and calibrated on BOSCH test bed.
Externally refurbished case.
12 month warranty.
*PLEASE NOTE: TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). These are becoming extremely rare and difficult to obtain. Our pumps are supplied WITHOUT this unit fitted. It is a simple job to change them over and set them up. It is a small black unit on the top on the pump, normally stamped with the number 466. If you have any doubts about the TPS unit on your pump please contact us first. We will be able to give sound advice.
An additional £85.00 surcharge will be added to your basket. When you return your old diesel pump to us we will refund this £85.00. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return. Please try “parcel2go” or “interparcel” on line as they will collect from your door and are both quite reasonable.
The pump must be complete and the casing must not be cracked.
