DESCRIPTION:
Mazda Bongo Top Radiator Hose – All Models – CO0057
Located under the bonnet on the driver’s side, going from top of the radiator and connecting to the large bore metal water pipe that leads back to the engine.
Mazda Bongo Lower Radiator Hose – All Models – CO0041
Located under the bonnet on the passenger side, going from bottom of the radiator, connecting to the large bore metal water pipe that leads to the thermostat side of the engine.
Mazda Bongo Lower Engine Coolant Hose – 2L & 2.5 V6 Petrol – CO0048
Running from the thermostat housing on the passenger side (N/S) of the engine block to the large bore metal pipe which connects to the bottom radiator hose. Located under the passenger seat.
These are prone to swelling & can burst causing a loss of water, leading to potential over-heating issues.
Mazda Bongo Top Engine Coolant Hose – 2L Petrol – CO0031
Located under the driver’s seat (O/S), going from the thermostat housing on the engine to the large bore metal water pipe leading forward to the radiator.
Mazda Bongo Front Heater Upper Hose – All Models – CO0039
A short hose going from the front heater & connecting to the passenger side long metal pipe. Makes up part of the heater flow & return circuit.
Mazda Bongo Front Heater Lower Hose – All Models – CO0040
This hose goes from the lower outlet of the front heater & connects to the driver side long metal pipe that feeds the rear heater. It makes up part of the heater flow & return circuit.
Mazda Bongo Rear Heater Hose – All Models – CO0022
Rear heater hose linking the small bore heater pipe running over the gear box connecting to the rear heater matrix forward most outlet. 17mm internal bore. As this hose is partly exposed under the vehicle, it is prone to deterioration.
Mazda Bongo Rear Heater Hose – O/S – All Models – CO0024
Rear heater hose linking the small bore heater pipe running on the driver’s side chassis to the rear heater matrix. 17mm internal bore. As this hose is partly exposed under the vehicle, it is prone to deterioration.
Mazda Bongo Rear Heater Hose – N/S – All Models -1995 onwards – CO0023
Rear heater hose linking the small bore metal heater pipe running on the passenger side chassis, to the small bore metal heater pipe running over the gearbox. 17mm internal bore. As this hose is partly exposed under the vehicle, it is prone to deterioration.
Mazda Bongo Bleed Off Coolant Hose – All Models – 1995 onwards – CO0050
Locates under the passenger seat, tucked up under the metal-work where the seat rests & connects to the 3 way water elbow on the side of the cylinder head. Essential if your bleeding to remove an air lock!
Mazda Bongo Expansion Tank To N/S Metal Pipe – All Models – 1995 onwards – CO0054
Located from the expansion tank to the passenger side long metal pipe.
This is a thin “bleed” hose that allows air out of the N/S heater flow & return long metal pipe that is part of the heater circuit. Connected to the header tank under the bonnet it keeps the heater circuit topped up with water after any air has escaped through it.
Mazda Bongo Expansion Tank To Top Of Radiator Hose – All Models – 1995 onwards – CO0055
Some 2.0 litre Petrol FE-E models, have a slightly different hose arrangement from the header tank to the top of the radiator. This hose will still fit the 2.0 litre petrol, but may need to be cut.
Mazda Bongo Rear Heater Coolant Feed Hose – 2L Petrol – CO0028
Located under the driver’s seat (O/S), going from the side of the engine connecting to the “T” branch on the drivers side long metal water pipe that is part of the heater flow & return circuit.
Mazda Bongo Thermostat To Passenger Side Heater Pipe – 2.0 Litre Petrol -1995 onwards – CO0033
Located under the passenger seat, going from the top of the “T” branch on the thermostat housing, to the “T” on the passenger side chassis heater circuit flow & return long metal pipe.
